A retreat curated by Liz Taylor, founder of @losretiros and Julie Pallesen, founder of @thiswaymovement. A schedule tailored to restore, reconnect and return to wholeness.

Daily movement guided by Liz and Julie, combining their way of teaching to create a unique experience. Creative workshops to guide us through island, sustainable living, exploring the wild side as we hike through the raw nature, finishing off with a swim in one of the many natural rock pools and a few more creative island surprises.

A secluded mountain hideaway, hidden in the heart of a pine forest, for those looking for a regenerative experience immersed into the nature, silence and spirituality. Simple and elegant, with a traditional Ibizan style inviting you to feel the original soul of the island. The two salt water pools and the recreational areas, including an outdoor pilates deck, cinema and bar will create a special, unique retreat experience.

A menu catered to nourish within by Caroline Perin, a local on the island, and part of the los reitros team. Using the local, seasonal produce the island has to offer, with a zero waste approach, catering to all dietary requirements and needs.

Your Hosts

Liz Taylor, founder of @losretiros, from London where she completed her Mat Pilates teacher training in both classical and dynamic, now living the mediterannean lifestyle in Spain, where los retiros was created. Together with Liz you will perfom slow, controlled movements whilst focusing on a deep mind-body connection as you breathe throughout and move with grace.

Julie Pallesen, founder of @thiswaymovement, Pilates trained and certified in NYC, offering a modern dynamic practice rooted in presence. Julies teaching is shaped by a global life from Denmark to Costa Rica, with years spent moving through Paris, New York, London and Tel Aviv. With a foundation as a professional dancer, her approach blends graceful control with intuitive, intelligent movement.
